Erica Edwards is the founder and President of E L West Group, Inc. Erica has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Management from University of Maryland University College. She has studied International Enterprise Management at the graduate level. Erica has 3 years research in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) strategy, operational improvement, risk management, global management, leadership, project management and human resource development.   Ms. Edwards began her career as a Realtor® in 2000 and developed a marketing and sales strategy which enabled her to receive Rookie of the Year, Top Sales Agent, Top Listing Agent and Million Dollar Producer.  During her award winning career she also learned much about the mortgage banking industry and simultaneously originated mortgage loans.   In 2007, while the real estate market was changing, Erica applied her education in management to assist Intellectual Property firms. She assisted the firms with building their businesses, increasing revenue, and developed processes to recover funds lost through improper billing.    In 2011, she determined she could help more than just one or two small businesses reach their goal and build their dream.  She became an independent contractor, working for small businesses providing business management services. Ms. Edwards helped numerous small businesses increase their revenue; develop marketing and sales strategies, project planning and management, and operational efficiencies. She has taken her first start-up client of 2012 from $0 to over a quarter million dollars revenue projected in 2014.   Ms. Edwards continues to specialize in real estate by assisting investors with buying and selling properties for their rental portfolios and rehabilitation projects. She simply enjoys helping others build wealth and become successful.
